#PositionObjective
Ensure an outstanding customer experience and coordinate all coffee export and trading activities, strengthening relationships with buyers, on-site visitors, and global partners.
#KeyResponsibilities
*Proactively serve clients and plantation visitors: conduct tours, tastings, and post-visit follow-ups.
*Manage export procedures (documentation, certifications, customs) and liaise with external trade agents.
*Monitor market rates and support the development of export pricing strategies.
*Plan and execute participation in international fairs and events: oversee logistics, sample coordination, and scheduling.
*Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to guarantee on-time deliveries.
*Produce sales reports, service KPIs, and market-trend analyses.
#Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agribusiness, or related field.
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or export operations (ideally in coffee or agribusiness).
*Fluent English (spoken and written).
*Availability for frequent travel to plantations and international trade fairs.
*Solid knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
*Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
