TIFFANY & CO - PEN & CLAM SHELL PEN HOLDER STERLING SILVER. Condition is used. The ink will need to be replaced. To replace the pen ink, you will need to twist and pull the two sections apart as shown in the picture. I will leave the pen slightly pulled apart to make it easier for you. If you don't want to replace the ink, just push it together. This set is very nice and about 43 - 45 grams of silver for the tray. . The tray is 2-1/2 x 2-3/4 inches. The pen measures about 4 inches.
