They’re expanding their digital presence and seek a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to craft compelling content and elevate their brand worldwide.

Drive online engagement and brand awareness by developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies across social media, web, and content channels—fueling growth in both established and emerging markets.
#KeyResponsibilities
*Social Media Management: Plan, publish, and monitor content, foster community engagement and grow followers.
*Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and video scripts that tell the story of our coffee, sustainability initiatives, and field experiences.
*Graphic Design Coordination: Work with in-house or external designers.
*Campaign Execution: Develop paid-media campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI.
*Website & SEO.
*Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics.
#Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
*2–4 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in agribusiness, food & beverage, or FMCG.
*Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish native or near-native.
*Proficiency in social-media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
*Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid-media platforms.
*Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
*Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
