This is a critical role as it directly supports the Chief Executive Officer, assists with ad-hoc support for Executive Leadership team members and provides general support to the Company. Your professionalism, discretion and relationship management will see you succeed in this role.
·Ensuring the CEO’s office is running efficiently and to an exceptional standard by providing a high level of confidential, professional and effective support.
·Extensive experience in delivering a range of executive and business support functions for multiple teams.
·Provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support including time and diary and email inbox management.
·Acting as the CEO’s point of contact, analyze and assess requests to prioritize matters, and initiate action exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality to facilitate the optimal use of the Executive’s time.
·Provide quality support to group meetings, coordinating papers and agendas, and facilitating follow-up actions, and making travel and accommodation arrangements, assess and prioritize a high volume of incoming documents and meeting papers, emails and telephone enquiries and take appropriate follow up action.
·Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related studies
·Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role
·Extensive experience in delivering a range of executive and business support functions for multiple teams
·Strong communication skills in English and Spanish so you can proactively build robust relationships and manage stakeholder interactions.
·Advanced skills in Excel
·Accounting skills and knowledge
·Proficiency in using records management, financial and SAP
·Strong organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, and recognizing barriers and finding effective ways to overcome them.
