Ballpoint Pens

The pen and refill appear to be in new old stock condition. It has the original replacement refill along with the warranty extension card. We did test function. The refill in the pen and in the the barrel both write but we do not know how long the refill has been in the pen or if it was used. The black retention strap has some adhesive on the end that got on the barrel but it was easily removed with a microfiber cloth.. Both refills write in black ink.
