Pennant, USA

Vintage USA, Pennant Ballpoint Pen, Bullet Style, Blue Ink, (dried up), Brass tip, but looks like the cap is brass plated. I am not sure. Measures 3 inches in length, when closed, 4 1/8 inches when taken apart and inserting barrel into cap. Blue material may be celluloid. I did not attempt to clean the pen. I could not find any examples of this pen.
