New old stock. Ink may be dry in this sealed package, but if you intend to use I would suggest scribbling for a while to get the ink flowing.

The pens are in non-working condition/needs repair. The yellow BIC pen does not press down all the way. I would say these do need repair. The other is in a paper sleeve folder with noticeable discoloration and marks.

Ink doesn’t stay in the pointed part when going to write. Needs repair. Maybe it’s not the correct size ink inside?. Sold as found.
